Accreditation, Approvals, and Memberships

Branford Hall Career Institute campuses in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York are accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). The ACICS is listed by the United States Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency. The ACICS is a member of the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation.

Branford Hall Career Institute campuses in Jersey City, North Brunswick, and Parsippany New Jersey are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The U.S. Department of Education identifies the scope of ACCSC recognition as the accreditation of private post-secondary institutions offering non-degree programs or associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in programs that are "predominantly organized to educate students for occupational, trade and technical careers, and institutions that offer programs via distance education.

The Albany and Bohemia campuses are licensed by the New York State Department of Education.

The Medical Assisting program at the Branford campus is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).

The Medical Assisting program at the Southington campus is accredited programmatically by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).

  2. MANY OF THE JOB LISTINGS PROVIDED BY BRANFORD HALL ARE COMPILED FROM PUBLIC SOURCES. THE SCHOOL MAY ALSO RECEIVE DIRECT REQUESTS FROM EMPLOYERS OR REFERRALS FOR JOB LISTINGS FROM GRADUATES WORKING IN THE FIELD, INSTRUCTORS, STAFF MEMBERS, EXTERN PROVIDERS, ETC.
  3. BRANFORD HALL IS AN OPEN ADMISSIONS SCHOOL AND ADMITS ALL STUDENTS WHO MEET THE ADMISSION CRITERIA AS SET FORTH IN THE CATALOG.
